The filing fees are as follows:
Chapter 7 $299 Legal fees $1,000 Debtor education $25-$50
Chapter 13 $274 Legal fees $3,200 Debtor education $25-$50
The Chapter 7 fees must be fully paid before filing. About half of the Chapter 13 fees may be included in the 5 year payments.
